Black-Eyed Peas

Eating black-eyed peas on New Years day has been a tradition for many families for a very long time! Maybe it’s because our ancestors knew how good they were for us and wanted to start the year doing something wonderful for their bodies.
Black-eyed peas are filled with Vitamin A, Vitamin B, Potassium, Fiber and they have a nice punch of protein to help your body repair damage and keep itself strong.
You can prepare them in many different ways; soups, casseroles or eat them by themselves as a side dish. Any way you serve them up is sure to make your body happy to celebrate the beginning of 2018!

I ran across the site on the left from a link in one of my instagram accounts.

I think their name is difficult to pronounce but what a nice idea!

I just signed up for the started kit hoping for some good information and maybe some inspirational Vegan receipes. You never know maybe the UK Vegans eat differently than I do!

I am always looking for new ideas!
