Cabbage!

With the arrival of March we will start seeing an abundance of Cabbage at the grocery Stores. St Patricks day often brings many different wonderful cabbage dishes. One of my favorites is Sauerkraut Soup!

Cabbage is an amazing food for your health. Filled with anti-oxidants, and anti-inflammatory properties cabbage may play a large roll in both cancer treatment and cancer prevention “To date, more than 475 studies have examined the role of this cruciferous vegetable in cancer prevention (and in some cases, cancer treatment). “

You should be eating about a cup of cabbage a day in one form or another to reap the benefits. Luckily there are many delicious options to make this an easy task.
