A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words when it comes to Dairy

I ask every client to try and give up dairy for at least a couple of weeks. It doesn’t matter if you are trying to lose weight, trying to get healthy or if you are recovering from a major illness, it is by far the most important thing to try first.

Sometimes I recite a list of reasons ,sometimes I point my client to books or websites with the facts about what dairy does to our bodies and our environment.

I think I am averaging about 10% success rate. Of that 10% though 100% of the people who gave up dairy, stayed off dairy and reported amazing results both in their looks and how they felt.

The story below is NOT my client. This is an online acquaintance in a forum that has nothing to do with food or nutrition. She posted these pictures just because she was so amazed at the results.

She was kind enough to let me copy it here to hopefully convince a few more people to give it a try.

If you stop all dairy products for two weeks you will  give your body a chance to recover and, as much as I hate the word, detox.

Thank you to my anonymous volunteer!

so I did an experiment. I ditched dairy since whenever I bought Natrel (weeks?) and changed nothing else.

This is a picture after dropping dairy for a few weeks.

Apparently, for years, I thought I was fat when I just needed to stop eating dairy. It’s super interesting. So here was me after breakfast this morning and I’ll post myself 15 minutes ago after eating 1 small scoop of ice cream. Also I’m so milk sick now and have at least 87 regrets BUT I think this is proof I should no longer eat anything dairy😒

15 Minutes after a scoop of Dairy based Ice Cream

1 scoop of ice cream apparently made me gain 10lbs in my midsection😂 as an aside: does anything fix bloating?”

Please contact me if you need suggestions on replacements for dairy or if you just need someone to encourage and cheer you on in your goals.
