You say Garbanzo I say Chickpea!

Whether you call them Chickpeas or Garbanzo beans these are great little legumes to add as an everyday snack! Chickpeas can be baked into a crispy snack or blended into hummus which makes a wonderful dip for raw vegetables. Chickpeas can also be used as a replacement for tuna or chicken in a sandwich spread! Just mash them up a little and then use whatever other ingredients you would normally use in your tuna salad. It will be a big hit.

Why are chickpeas good for people with cancer?
